The Process Here
Fire & Metal
Everything starts at the forge bed, where we bring raw steel to a searing 2,000 degrees. Watching for that perfect bright cherry glow, we judge by experience when the metal is soft enough for the initial shaping to begin.
Power of the Blow
Matched against the anvil, each piece is struck with purpose to define its silhouette. This rhythmic striking refines the steel's internal structure, producing a finished blade or tool much stronger than anything found in a big box store.
Precision‑Forged, Purpose‑Built
Each tool is sanded through 60–600 grit, acid-etched to clear oxide, and oil-coated for defense. We finish by adding a custom handle designed for a reliable, powerful grip that performs flawlessly in every environment.
